Anna Maria Wilmot is a communication and conflictcoach and a certified businessmediator . She is founder of ResilientC and an expert in building strong communicative foundations within professional and personal relationships and guiding parties through conflict situations, offering tailored mediation services. Anna strongly believes in the power of effective communication, stating: “Often, it's not a matter of what you say, but rather how you say it. By strengthening these skills, you often achieve your goals in a faster and more constructive way.”
With her in-depth knowledge of both verbal and non-verbal communication, Anna supports companies and teams in improving collaboration and resolving conflicts. Anna has a strong academic background as a doctoral researcher in civil procedural law and has published several articles on Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR).
